Quality Standards

Hamton Metals Management Services has a fully integrated management system which is built on externally monitored systems standards for Quality, Safety and the Environment.

We hold accreditations to the following standards:

Hamton hold a number of Internationally recognised quality standards for its work. Currently our approvals are as follows:

ISO9001/2000

This is the very latest Quality System Standard which is an update on our previous ISO9002 gained in 1994. This standard governs our internal quality systems operating both from our head offices and out to our client sites.

ISO14001

This is the international system standard for Environmental Control. This approval demonstrates that Hamton complies with the very highest standards in care for the environment. This approval covers our head office and all site operations.

OHAS18001

This is the international system standard for Health and Safety at Work. Hamton have recently been awarded this accreditation having satisfied the most stringent requirements for the provision of a safe working environment for its staff, clients and the public.

Ford Q1

Hamton were awarded the prestigious Q1 quality award by its client Ford Motor Company in 1999 having satisfied the most stringent quality criteria. Hamton were the first service company to be awarded this accreditation which covers all aspects of quality and service delivery. Hamton have remained Ford's top rated service supplier within the UK since 2000.
